Safeguarding and empowering women and girls against "honour" based abuse
We provide complimentary guidance, advocacy, and counseling services. Additionally, through our partner’s we help organise a sanctuary which provide secure lodging and tailored assistance to women and girls facing the threats of “honour”-based abuse, forced marriage, child marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM) and domestic violence.
Women’s rights are human rights
Today in England and Wales, an estimated 137,000 women and girls are living with the consequences of female genital mutilation. Female genital mutilation (FGM) is a global health problem affecting millions. It has no place in the 21st century and must be tackled as urgently in the UK as across the world.

The Advancement of Health or Saving of Lives
In the realm of healthcare, Suja Orphan Care is involved in various initiatives aimed at advancing health and saving lives, especially in areas lacking adequate medical facilities. We support medical camps, provide essential medicines, and fund healthcare facilities. This includes maternal health initiatives, and awareness campaigns on topics such as Anti-FGM, sanitation and hygiene.
The Prevention or Relief of Poverty
One of Suja Orphan Care’s core missions is to address the root causes of poverty. We implement projects that empower communities socially, economically, such as food bank, microfinance programs, small business development, and agricultural support. By providing resources and training, we help families generate sustainable income, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty.
Overseas Aid/Famine Relief
During times of crisis, such as natural disasters or famines, Suja Orphan Care plays an active role in providing overseas aid and relief.
